About Stephen's Green 200
 48 volunteers rode a tandem bike in a continuous 24 hour cycle around Stephens Green from lunch time on Thursday the 26th of April until lunchtime the following day. It has been our most novel fund raising strategy yet.

The target for each rider is to raise €1,000 or as much as they can.
This unique 24 hour continuous tandem cycle around St Stephen's Green was organised to raise funds for Marc Owens, a nineteen year old student from Drumcondra in Dublin who suffers from an exceptionally rare and aggressive form of cancer. This novel cycling event started at lunch time on the 26th of April to finish at lunch time the following day.

Riders signed up to help keep our tandem wheels turning around the Green included Ray Darcy and Matt Cooper, former Irish Rugby Internationals, Ollie Campbell and Frankie Sheahan as well as Dublin’s Lord Mayor.
